Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant to support customers, restock shelves and operate tills. You’ll be part of a collaborative store team, working AM and PM shifts with a strong focus on service, speed and accuracy.

The role offers an hourly wage with enhanced rates for bank holidays and nights, plus a benefits package including holiday allowance and pension. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Passionately provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
