Job summary

Lidl GB in Scotland is seeking a Customer Assistant for a 20-hour part-time role. The position offers £13.45–£14.45 per hour, plus a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, and pro rata holiday entitlement of 30–35 days.

You will restock, operate tills, and keep the store clean and organised while delivering excellent service. Training and progression opportunities exist, with potential specialist tracks in Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions and requests.
• Efficiently process deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Proactively keep the bakery stocked by baking fresh goods.
• Merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
