Job summary

Lidl GB in Bedford is hiring a Customer Assistant. You’ll move around the store, restocking shelves, handling tills and delivering friendly service to every shopper.

You’ll keep the store clean, tidy and well organised while working with retail colleagues to ensure every customer receives the service they deserve. We offer 20–35 hour contracts at £13.45–£14.45 per hour with extra pay for nights and bank holidays, plus a generous benefits package including holiday pro rata, a 10% discount,

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
• Efficiently handle deliveries as they arrive in store
• Passionately provide excellent customer service
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
