Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant to support daily store operations. You will restock shelves, assist on tills, and help keep the store clean, tidy and organised while delivering great customer service.

The role offers 10-20 hours per week on a varied shift pattern, with additional pay for bank holidays and nights, plus our benefits package to support your well-being and life outside Lidl.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Passionately provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
