Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant. You’ll handle shelf restocking, till work, and customer service with a focus on keeping the store clean and well-presented. Training will help you progress to Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery Specialist roles.

You’ll enjoy shifts that vary, a friendly team, and opportunities for growth. This role offers a structured pay rate with enhancements for bank holidays and nights, plus a benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
