Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant on a 20-30 hour contract with morning shifts. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.45–£14.45, 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme.

You’ll help customers, restock deliveries, and keep the store clean and well-organised while working closely with retail colleagues. There are opportunities for progression as you gain training and experience, potentially becoming a Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery Specialist in

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store

• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
