Job summary

Thorn Baker Group in Gloucester is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the store's cleaning operations.

You will lead an in-store team of around 7 people, maintain high cleaning standards, manage rotas and training, and work early shifts from 4:00am to 11:00am. This is a permanent, hands-on supervisory role with opportunity for stable long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in cleaning or related environments.
• Experience leading teams, coordinating rotas and daily operations.
• Strong focus on cleanliness standards and safety procedures.
