Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is hiring a part-time In Store Cleaner based at Sainsbury's Chapelford store in Warrington. The role offers 12 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71 and an immediate start.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. There are various shift patterns including early morning, evening, and weekend work, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be supplied.
• An eye for detail and cleanliness.
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service.
• Must own a smartphone with NFC capability to access the Arcus Connect App

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment and perform mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping to maintain store cleanliness.
• Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, and oven canopies as required.
• Clean outside areas such as trolley bays and collect leaves and debris.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Chapelford store on a permanent basis. 12 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

Sunday: 15:00 to 18:00

Monday: 18:00 to 21:00

Tuesday: Day off

Wednesday: Day off

Thursday: 18:00 to 21:00

Friday: 09:30 to 12:30

Saturday: Day off

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training

What will you need?
