Knowledge of system testing and validation techniques.

Responsibilities

Analyse and document existing business processes and systems to identify improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
Support implementation of system changes with minimal disruption.
Create and author User Stories for Digital and Development teams.
Conduct testing and validation of new systems or enhancements.
Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation.
Work with technology team to align business needs with solutions.
Monitor system performance and provide optimisation recommendations.
