The post holder will train staff, ensure hygiene and allergen controls, and help roll out a new catering food court operation replacing Oasis restaurant in mid 2027, contributing to efficient daily operations for staff, patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the day-to-day smooth, consistent and efficient running of the retail restaurant outlets.
• Train new starters and ensure continued refresher training is undertaken where needed.
• Ensure that all areas of the retail restaurants outlets are hygienic and the highest standards of cleaning are undertaken.
• Monitor and maintain all food allergen controls in line with legal and trust policies and procedures.
• Assist in the rollout of a brand new catering food court operation replacing the Oasis restaurant in mid 2027.
