Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch. The role involves buying cars, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth operations across the site.

You will build relationships with customers, prioritise appointments, negotiate prices, and deliver exceptional service while working with back-office teams and supporting the transport function as needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload
• Ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent administration and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operation; act as main contact for customers
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and meet targets
• Do car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver outstanding service
• Liaise with back office and colleagues
• Assist transport department when not buying cars

About The Role

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £5,640 per year

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 8.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 1 day on 6 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
