Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in the UK is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager. This role is 25.5 hours per week, on a rotational pattern of 3 days on 4 days off, with weekend work. Salary is £16,920 per year plus fantastic monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance.

You will lead branch sales, manage transfers, and ensure excellent customer service while developing relationships with customers and colleagues. Training provided.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently
• Strong organisation and workload prioritisation
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operation; act as main point of contact for customers
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and targets
• Make appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals and provide exceptional service
• Liaise with back office and colleagues across functions
• Assist transport department when not buying cars

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
