Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in the UK is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy WBAC branch, manage day-to-day operations and drive sales performance. The role demands a customer-focused leader with strong communication skills, ability to work on a 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern, including weekends, and a willingness to mentor the team.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, coordinate with back-office staff, and ensure high service standards while developing

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations as the main contact for customers.

• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to support sales processes.
• Assist transport department as needed.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
