Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Reading is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy WBAC branch, manage vehicle transfers and drive sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. The role offers £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220), a fantastic monthly and annual bonus, and a 42.5-hour week on a rotating 5-days-on/2-days-off schedule, with weekend work.

As part of the UK’s favourite car-buying service we are growing FAST across 500+ branches, providing training and progression

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will be the main point of contact for customers and ensure the branch runs efficiently.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back-office and colleagues to coordinate actions.
• When not buying cars you will assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
