Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Enfield is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy WBAC branch. The role combines sales leadership with day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficient vehicle transfers.

You will work 8.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern with weekend work. A strong customer‑facing background and the ability to work independently are essential; a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise appointments to meet targets.
• Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £5,640 per year

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 8.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 1 day on 6 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:
