WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the United Kingdom. The role offers a base salary of £28,200 per year with an on-target earnings of £35,220 and a generous monthly and annual bonus tied to company performance.

The position involves a 42.5-hour week on a rotating 5-on-2-off pattern, with weekend work. You will lead branch operations, manage sales executives, and drive customer service excellence while coordinating with back office and transport teams.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to set appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.
• Liaise with back office and teammates to keep processes smooth.
• Support transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
