Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Sunderland is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy WBAC branch. The role offers £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220, and a 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern with weekend work.

You will drive car appraisals, pricing, and sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service and coordinating with back-office teams. A full UK driving license and independent working ability are essential.

Qualifications

• A full UK manual driving license is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manners.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong organisational and workload prioritisation skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operation; main customer contact.
• Contact customers and manage diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues across the business.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements
