WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is hiring a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the UK. You will lead a busy branch, manage day-to-day sales, appraisals, and customer service while ensuring targets are met.

This role requires a full UK driving license, experience in a target-driven environment, and the ability to work rotating shifts. We offer a generous bonus scheme, career progression, and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure branch efficiency; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and book appointments to meet targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver great customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues.
• Support transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
