WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to drive branch performance, oversee car appraisals, pricing, and the smooth running of operations. You will be the main point of contact for customers and manage relationships locally.

The role offers a £28,200 annual base salary (OTE £35,220), 42.5 hours per week on a 5 days on/2 days off rota with weekend work, a strong bonus scheme, and a clear progression path within a fast-growing brand.

Qualificações

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills

Responsabilidades

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of their branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues.
• Assist the transport department as required when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
