Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch, drive customer sales, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will work 42.5 hours weekly on a 5-on/2-off rotating pattern including weekends, with a competitive £28,200 base salary and opportunities for bonus and attainable OTE of £35,220, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Able to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operation; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver great customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
