Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead branch operations and manage vehicle transfers, delivering excellent customer service across our growing UK network.

The role offers a £28,200 annual salary with potential OTE (£35,220), a 42.5-hour week on a 5 days on/2 off rotation, weekend work, and a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch running; main point of contact for customers
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets
• Appraisals, negotiating prices, closing deals, delivering excellent customer service
• Liaising with back office and colleagues
• Assist transport department as required

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements
