Job summary

Webuyanycar in Romford is seeking an energetic Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. You will buy cars, manage appointments, and coordinate with back-office teams to keep processes efficient.

The role requires a UK driving license, comfort with targets, and strong communication. Expect a rotating 42.5-hour week, weekend work, and a strong bonus structure tied to performance.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver great customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to keep processes smooth.
• When not buying cars you will assist the transport department as required.

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
