Job summary

Webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in Crawley to lead a busy branch and deliver excellent customer service. You will be the main point of contact for customers and drive the day-to-day operations of the location.

The role requires a full UK driving license, experience in a target-driven environment, and strong admin/IT skills. Expect a 42.5-hour week on a rotating 5 days on/2 days off schedule, with weekend work and competitive bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will buy cars and ensure the smooth running of your branch, being the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiation, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to coordinate operations.
• When not buying cars you will assist the transport department as required.

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements
