WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to oversee busy branches and drive sales within the UK. You will manage daily activities, hit targets and deliver top-notch customer service, operating on a 42.5-hour week with a 5-on/2-off rota, including weekends.

The role offers a £28,200 annual salary (OTE £35,220) with fantastic monthly and annual bonuses and a range of benefits. Experience in a customer-facing environment and strong organisational skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and work with colleagues across teams.
• When not buying cars you will assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
