Job summary

Webuyanycar seeks a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch, manage transfers, and drive sales across customer-facing activities.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift, including weekends, with a strong bonus structure and training to grow within a fast-expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Experience in target-driven environments.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operation; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and set appointments to hit targets.
• Negotiate prices and close deals with strong customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and transport department as needed.

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
