Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Marketing Director to own the Retail portfolio marketing strategy, calendar, and demand-gen programs. You will shape messaging, launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with product teams and senior leaders.

You will lead growth, manage budgets, and develop two direct reports while aligning activity with the wider corporate strategy and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B SaaS marketing experience is essential.
• Proven growth and demand generation track record including pipeline, lead generation and conversion.
• Strong product marketing experience covering positioning, messaging and launches.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to translate business targets into marketing strategy.
• Confidence working directly with senior commercial leaders and challenging their thinking where appropriate.
