CLARK'S in Aylesbury is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This hands-on leadership role blends customer service with operational management to ensure the store runs smoothly and hits performance goals.

The ideal candidate has experience in retail leadership, can drive KPIs, communicates effectively, and adapts to a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI's and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and Solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
