Superdrug Stores Plc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United Kingdom. You will work alongside the Store Manager to recruit and motivate a passionate team, drive sales through promotions, and ensure excellent merchandising and stock control.

The role emphasizes creating an engaging environment for customers and colleagues, plus operational excellence, audits and budgeting. Previous retail management experience and a customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.

• Willingness to perform piercing services after training (optional).

Responsibilities
