Job summary

Welcome Break is hiring an Assistant Manager at our Telford/Shifnal site. This full‑time role leads the on‑shift team, upholds standards, and ensures every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great service.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance, coach staff on shift, help manage stock and routines, and maintain a clean, well‑organised unit for peak times, with the training to grow into a Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail/hospitality.
• Strong customer service mindset and welcoming approach.
• Ability to motivate and coach teams during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shift team and support Store Manager across service, safety and people.
• Coach colleagues, manage stock and routines.
• Ensure the unit is clean, well-organised and ready for busy periods.
