Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager at Peartree Services OX2 8JZ to lead the team on shift, uphold standards and deliver a warm, memorable customer experience. You'll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance, coaching staff on shift, helping to manage stock and routines, and ensuring the unit is clean, well‑organised and ready for busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail/hospitality.
• Delivers excellent customer service and creates a welcoming experience.

Ready to take the next step in your leadership career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? As an Assistant Manager in Retailat Welcome Break, you'll help lead the team day to day, keep standards high, and make sure every customer gets a warm welcome and a great experience.

You'll support the Store Manager in Retailacross service, safety, people, and commercial performance, coaching the team on shift, helping to manage stock and routines, and making sure the unit is clean, well-organised, and ready for every rush. It's a hands-on role with real responsibility, and we'll give you the training and support to grow into a Store Manager role.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Have experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in a busy retail, hospitality, or customer service environment
• Take pride in delivering great customer service and creating a welcoming experience
