Welcome Break in Telford is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the Burger King team on shift, uphold standards, and ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and a great experience.

As you support the Store Manager, you’ll coach and develop colleagues, manage stock and routines, and maintain a clean, well‑organised unit ready for peak times. This hands‑on role offers training and a clear path to progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong customer service focus and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to lead from the front, coach, and develop others.
• Able to manage priorities, stay organised, and handle busy shifts.
• Understand standards, compliance, and drive sales performance.

Ready to take the next step in your leadership career in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment? As an Assistant Manager in Burger Kingat Welcome Break, you’ll help lead the team day to day, keep standards high, and make sure every customer gets a warm welcome and a great experience.

You’ll support the Store Manager in Burger Kingacross service, safety, people, and commercial performance, coaching the team on shift, helping to manage stock and routines, and making sure the unit is clean, well‑organised, and ready for every rush. It’s a hands‑on role with real responsibility, and we’ll give you the training and support to grow into a Store Manager role.
