Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Burger King at Telford/Shifnal. You will support the Store Manager, drive service standards, safety, and team performance while managing stock and daily routines on shift.

This hands‑on leadership role offers development opportunities, a clear progression path to Store Manager, and a rewarding package including up to £28,000 salary plus bonus and shift meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in a busy retail, hospitality, or customer service environment

Ready to take the next step in your leadership career in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment? As an Assistant Manager in Burger Kingat Welcome Break, you’ll help lead the team day to day, keep standards high, and make sure every customer gets a warm welcome and a great experience.

You’ll support the Store Manager in Burger Kingacross service, safety, people, and commercial performance, coaching the team on shift, helping to manage stock and routines, and making sure the unit is clean, well‑organised, and ready for every rush. It’s a hands‑on role with real responsibility, and we’ll give you the training and support to grow into a Store Manager role.
