Job summary

TUI is seeking an Assistant Manager for our St Helier store in Jersey. You will lead by example, coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets in a busy retail environment.

You’ll work flexible shifts including weekends and bank holidays, with opportunities to progress and develop within the Retail Team. We value diversity and support a healthy work-life balance.

• Experience leading a retail team to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Proven achievement in meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Assist with recruiting, engage staff, and manage engagement to reduce attrition.
• Utilize store systems to enhance the customer digital journey and resolve inquiries.

• Personality and experience will assist you to guide, coach and develop the team to collaboratively reach high performance and standards that drive engagement
• Assist with developing the team to be proactive and actively investigate and resolve every question or complaint. If things don’t go quite right, you’ll have the confidence to step in and take ownership
• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll work with a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge to actively improve our customer digital journey
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business
• Assist with recruiting talent, maintaining high levels of engagement and low levels of attrition.
