Job summary

TUI Group in Bolton is seeking an Assistant Manager in our Market Place store to lead a team, coach colleagues, and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. You will work with your manager to create unforgettable holiday experiences for customers, and contribute to a dynamic sales environment.

The role requires flexibility with shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings in busier periods. Training and development are provided.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead by example and role model company values to inspire your team and deliver excellent customer service
• Personality and experience will assist you to guide, coach and develop the team to collaboratively reach high performance and standards that drive engagement
• Assist with developing the team to be proactive and actively investigate and resolve every question or complaint. If things don't go quite right, you'll have the confidence to step in and take ownership
• As technology advances so does TUI, you'll work with a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge to actively improve our customer digital journey
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business
• Assist with recruiting talent, maintaining high levels of engagement and low levels of attrition.
