Job summary

TUI Store Colchester is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy team, delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales and targets. You will role model company values, coach staff, and use insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You’ll manage a dynamic schedule, embrace change, and drive a high-performance culture in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers progression and a focus on people development.
