Job summary

TUI’s St Helier store in Jersey is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of destination experts, helping customers select holidays, cruises and UK breaks while delivering strong sales and service results.

You’ll coach and develop your staff, own performance, and respond to customer feedback to boost loyalty. The role requires flexible shifts, a passion for people and an inclusive culture that values every colleague as part of our best-loved holiday company.
