Job summary

TUI Leigh store is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team, role model values, coach and develop staff, and deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable holiday experiences for customers.

You will drive sales, manage performance, and work across a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays, to ensure store targets are met and customers are delighted with every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven passion for leading by example and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience guiding and developing a team to achieve high performance and standards.
• Ability to coach and develop others and resolve customer questions or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and role model company values to inspire your team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Guide, coach and develop the team to collaboratively reach high performance and standards that drive engagement.
• Assist with developing the team to proactively investigate and resolve every question or complaint and take ownership when needed.
• Work with store systems to enhance knowledge and improve the digital customer journey.
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, and improve satisfaction and loyalty to grow the business.
• Assist with recruiting talent and maintaining engagement and low attrition.
