We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Managers in our established charity shop in Cromer by covering days off, holidays and weekends. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. There is also the possibility to accrue more working hours by working at other Break shops within the area.
Key Responsibilities:
Great customer service is essential to maximise income as is sourcing and merchandising stock. You will have the ability to manage a team of volunteers/staff, cash handling and an understanding of retail environment.

Please be aware this role contains a considerable amount of physical activity, including some heavy lifting.
Salary: £12.25 per hour, £8,918 per year
Hours: 14 hours per week (days will vary but will include weekends)
