You’ll lead from the front, supporting and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience. Team leader for our F&B department. Running a busy kitchen and bar, ensuring all areas of our catering offering meet both our customer's exacting standards and business regulations. Managing stock levels and staff training with the F&B department, as well as working within the wider business to support the management team.
