Job summary

Ann Summers in Bournemouth is seeking an inspiring and driven Assistant Manager to join our team and lead the store to deliver outstanding sales performance. You’ll drive store KPIs, coach the team, and ensure customers receive an unforgettable in-store experience by modelling a customer-focused ethos.

You’ll empower colleagues, manage VM displays in line with our collections, organise daily operations, and uphold processes to keep the store safe and efficient.
