Job summary

Ann Summers on Oxford Street is seeking a motivating Team Leader who lives for service and results. You will head the retail team, drive performance and coach colleagues to deliver memorable customer experiences.

You'll manage daily operations, energise sales, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure tasks are completed on time. The brand offers a great induction, staff discounts, and development opportunities, with a bold, inclusive culture.

We're on the hunt for a TEAM LEADER in our Oxford Street store, someone who is results-driven and absolutely service obsessed! Could that be YOU?
