Job summary

Ann Summers in Bristol Cabot is seeking a results-driven Team Leader who can inspire and coach a frontline retail team. You will lead the store’s service quality, energise the sales floor and ensure targets are met while keeping the brand experience vibrant.

The role is ideal for someone currently a Keyholder or Team Leader in Retail or Hospitality who values inclusion and empowerment, and who can manage teams, drive performance, and celebrate achievements with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Keyholder or Team Leader in Retail or Hospitality.
• Results-driven with a service obsession.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.

Responsibilities
