Job summary

Holland & Barrett at Battersea Power Station is recruiting a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them find the right health and wellness products. This permanent role is 17 hours per week with an early start at 5am on Wednesdays and Fridays to receive stock deliveries.

You’ll deliver excellent service, stock displays, support promotions, and work with the team to meet store goals. Training will build product knowledge and customer guidance.

• Confident using technology, including tablets and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers’ needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
