Holland & Barrett is recruiting a Retail Assistant at Battersea Power Station. This permanent role is 17 hours per week with a salary of £14.26 per hour. Applicants should be able to start early at 5am on Wednesdays and Fridays to receive stock deliveries.

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll welcome customers, recommend products, keep shelves stocked and support promotions while providing excellent service in a busy store environment.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
