Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Dorchester is seeking a Retail Assistant on a permanent contract, 13 hours per week, paid £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, help them find the right wellness products, and provide outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products for wellness goals.
• Recommend products with confident, high‑quality service.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays merchandised to a high standard.
• Support promotions and maintain store presentation and operations.
• Collaborate with the team to hit store goals and deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand needs for in-store or online products.
• Complete training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
