Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking a Retail Assistant to help customers in store and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy. You will greet customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right products, supporting the team to deliver excellent service.

The role offers training, flexible shifts, and opportunities for development within a large national retailer. Training and a positive, energetic work environment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll welcome customers into your store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them.
• Warehouse standards – you’ll assist with deliveries, maintaining product stock, collecting customer orders and keeping standards high.
• Part of the team – you’ll join a team who take pride in their store, work together and have lots of fun along the way!
