Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Salisbury is hiring a part-time sales assistant to welcome customers and help them find the right wellness products. You will recommend products with confidence while delivering outstanding service and keeping shelves stocked.

Join a team-focused environment with promotions support and high standards of store presentation. Training on our products will build knowledge to provide trusted guidance to customers.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you'll bring
