Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Musselburgh is seeking a friendly retail assistant to welcome customers, help them find the right wellness products, and deliver outstanding service. You will recommend solutions, support promotions, keep shelves organized and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

The role involves teamwork, a consultative approach to understanding customer needs, and completing product knowledge training to provide trusted guidance.

High Street, Musselburgh Permanent | 10 hours per week £13.17 per hour

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
