Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Perth is recruiting for a part-time, fixed-term role of a retail advisor. You will welcome customers, advise on wellness products, and help customers find appropriate items while keeping shelves stocked and displays attractive.

The role emphasises friendly communication, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy store environment. Training will be provided and promotions supported.

High Street, Perth3 Month Fixed-Term Contract | 10 hours per week £13.17 per hour

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
