Job summary

Holland & Barrett, located on High Road, North Finchley in London, is hiring a Retail Assistant to work 20 hours per week. You will welcome customers, help them choose products for wellness goals and deliver excellent service in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and online/in-store product fit.
• Completing the Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge.

High Road, North Finchley, London Permanent | 20 hours per week £14.26 per hour

What you'll be doing

• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
